Our region was born from the acquisition of First Centennial Mortgage Corp in September of 2023. The base of our group has been together for 15+ years and coupled with Guild Mortgage’s 60+ years of experience, we have a team of dedicated individuals that know how to bring the dream of homeownership to our communities and know how to support continuing LO success. As one of the largest lenders in the nation, we provide a platform for our originators and their teams to grow and thrive in an atmosphere that is committed to serving both our borrowers and industry partners.
