Through GuildU, our corporate university, all employees can access self-paced, online learning modules and sign up for face-to-face classes on a variety of topics, from maximizing sales efforts to learning to lead teams.

Our GuildU loan officer coaching program helps loan officers reach their income potential through a powerful, structured business-building approach and accountability system. The program is optional and selective, based on acceptance by a coaching committee.
