Starting your homebuying journey? Let us mind the details. We’ll own the process so you can focus on what matters to you. When you choose Guild Mortgage, you can expect personalized care from a leading national lender with the highest overall customer satisfaction ranking from J.D. Power.
Whether it takes months or years to achieve homeownership, our loan officers will use their experience and expertise to determine how you can afford the home you want, help you find the right loan and give you guidance throughout the homebuying process.
We offer the convenience of applying for a mortgage online and electronically submitting and signing mortgage-related documents. But we don’t believe that high-tech is a replacement for high-touch. Our welcoming branch offices located throughout the country offer open communication and assistance from real people dedicated to helping you with the mortgage and homebuying process.
We mind the details for you
As one of the most experienced and trusted mortgage companies in the country, we’ll get your deal closed with every i dotted and t crossed, keeping you informed each step of the homebuying process. From helping first-time buyers achieve homeownership to those looking for Jumbo loans, we serve the needs of homebuyers. Regardless of your loan type, we pay careful attention to every detail, from pre-approval to final payoff.
We support you—always.
We build long-term relationships that provide you with more than a monthly statement. We make sure you have what you need throughout the life of your loan, even when things change.
- Dependable billing and escrow
After your home loan closes, you begin making payments to the mortgage servicer that handles the daily management of your mortgage. That includes collecting and crediting monthly payments and taking care of your mortgage escrow account, if you have one. Often, lenders will sell your loan to another organization for servicing, so your mortgage lender and mortgage servicer are two separate entities. At Guild Mortgage, we lend and service the majority of the loans that we originate in-house. That means that we’re your loan partner throughout the life of the loan.
- Convenient payment options
Signing up for free automatic loan payments (ACH) is quick and easy. Your payment can be drafted automatically from your checking account on any day of the month from the 1st through the 16th.
- Accessible customer service
If you need more assistance, you have the option of contacting us by phone or in writing.
- Refinancing options
Periodically we’ll reach out to see whether we can lower your rate, shorten your term, help with cash out or remove the mortgage insurance. In addition, when you’re ready to buy a new home, we make it easy to re-connect with the loan officer who closed your original loan.
- Support when situations change
As part of our mission to create customers for life, we’re proactive in educating you about options to keep you in your home, including through refinancing and forbearance. Recently, Fannie Mae praised Guild for helping preserve homeownership by facilitating a record number of long-term solutions to borrowers as they emerged from forbearance.
