2. We have a history of doing what’s right
We offer a personalized touch that follows our values of customer service, integrity, respect, collaboration, learning and excellence. This includes allowing you to choose how you want to interact with us. For example, if you prefer self-service, you can apply for a home loan online. Then, when it’s time to set up your loan payments, signing up for free automatic loan payments (ACH) is quick and easy. Your payment can be drafted automatically from your checking account on any day from the 1st through the 16th. If you’re having trouble accessing your account, our customer service agents are standing by to answer your questions at 1.800.365.4441.
3. We offer a personalized touch
Over the past 60 years, we’ve been bringing our customers home, building trust with our partners and creating foundations for our employees to thrive. As a result, we have borrowers whose children and families have become customers. Some of our employees have been with Guild Mortgage for more than 40 years. Our focus on creating customers for life will ensure we’ll be here to continue building lifetime connections for many years to come. Today, no other mortgage lender has our stability, experience, and uncompromising focus on customer service.
4. We work to get the answers
Whether you’re looking for general information or have a specific loan issue, we work together to find answers. We’re here to offer guidance and support so you can focus on long-term homeownership. That includes routine refinance check-ins when we reach out to determine whether we can lower your rate, shorten your term, help with cash out or remove mortgage insurance. In addition, when you’re ready to buy a new home, we make it easy to re-connect with the local loan officer who closed your original loan.
5. We make long-term commitments
After your home loan closes, you begin making payments to the mortgage servicer that handles the daily management of your mortgage. That includes collecting and crediting monthly payments and taking care of your escrow account, if you have one. Often, lenders will sell your loan to another organization for servicing, so your mortgage lender and mortgage servicer are two separate entities. At Guild Mortgage, we lend and service the majority of the loans that we originate in-house. That means that we’re your loan partner throughout the life of the loan. We care about helping you achieve homeownership, and are there with you when you move to a new house, refinance your current mortgage, renovate your home or have questions.
6. We have branches across the country
Over 350 local branches specialize in residential home loans. In addition, Guild Mortgage has relationships with credit unions, community banks, and other financial institutions and services loans in 49 states and the District of Columbia.
