San Diego, California – April 8, 2025 – For the eighth consecutive year, Guild Mortgage has once again proven itself as Nevada’s top mortgage lender by closing more home loans than any other lender in the state. The nationally recognized mortgage company also exceeded the expectations of homebuyers, ranking first for customer satisfaction.
According to Corelogic’s 2024 report, Guild Mortgage placed at the top spot for the number of residential purchase transactions in the Silver State, finishing the year with over 3,100 home loans. That doesn’t mean that existing homeowners don’t benefit from Guild’s expertise, as the company’s refinance business also contributed to Guild closing the most loans overall statewide in 2024.
Guild’s outreach to new construction builders and lower-income homebuyers in Nevada greatly influenced these numbers. As a lender not well-known for specializing in builder loans, Guild still took the top spot among non-builders for new home construction financing. Additionally, as part of Guild’s commitment to the Promise of Home for all, loan officers helped close 123 low-income transactions, totaling over $37 million – the highest for any lender in the state. The results speak to the success of the company’s many down payment assistance programs.
Despite the impressive volume of loans in a challenging market, Guild maintained its top-quality standards, ranking the highest in customer satisfaction nationally per the 2024 MortgageCX survey. For the previous year, Guild was also recognized nationwide for its superior customer care, receiving awards for seven out of 11 categories including Overall Satisfaction, Application Process, Communication and Closing Process.
“Guild’s loan officers and leadership teams have once again proven their commitment to customer excellence in Nevada and beyond. With their unrivalled work culture and ethic, they’re leaders in championing the goals of homeowners and future homebuyers alike,” said David Neylan, President and Chief Operating Officer.
“We’re grateful to our clients and partners for helping us deliver consistent customer service that exceeds their expectations,” added Andy Stewart, Regional Vice President for the Southwest region.
Guild Mortgage is honored to have earned the trust of homebuyers across Nevada and is devoted to making homeownership attainable for even more prospective buyers in 2025.
