San Diego, California – April 8, 2025 – Guild Mortgage is proud to announce Caitlyn McPeake, an experienced loan officer from the Las Vegas 266 branch, has been promoted to Branch Manager as a recognition of her efforts and successes.
McPeake joined Guild in 2015 and steadily worked her way up to her current position, thanks to her incomparable dedication to client service and efforts to find the best financing options for her borrowers. She has expertise with VA loans, manufactured housing loans, condo loans, FHA loans, Conventional loans, HELOANs, and brokered loans, and has also helped many prospective buyers reach their home goals with down payment assistance programs. In addition to Nevada, she is also licensed in New Jersey, California and Texas.
From her time as a loan officer assistant to today, where she now mentors and coaches loan officers in her branch to reach new levels of success, McPeake’s efforts have contributed to the positive reputation Guild Mortgage has fostered in Nevada and the Southwest region. Her growth in the company is an example to other team members that personal and business growth are always possible in the right environment.
“I’m very straightforward with my clients,” McPeake said. “I like to give them as realistic a view of the mortgage experience as possible, so no one gets surprised. That said, it’s important to be solutions-oriented. Luckily, Guild offers a lot of support, so loan officers are always prepared.”
“We celebrate and look forward to Caitlyn’s hard work in making the promise of home achievable to even more aspiring homeowners,” said Andy Stewart, Regional Vice President for the Southwest region.
As a leader in her office and the Southwest area, McPeake is excited about the opportunity to help her branch members’ businesses flourish while qualifying more borrowers. In her role, she will continue delivering the consistent quality that Guild Mortgage and its teams have become synonymous with.
