Two Guild Mortgage Loan Officers Named to NAHREP Ranking of Top Latino Mortgage Originators
Annual Report Honors the Top Producing Latino Originators in the U.S.; Lizy Hoeffer Irvine Ranked No. 1 in Transactions for Second Straight Year
SAN DIEGO – The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP®) has named two loan officers from Guild Mortgage to its fifth annual Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators Report.
Sponsored by Freddie Mac, the report recognizes the top producing Latino mortgage professionals across the U.S., ranking individual originators based on number and dollar volume of transactions. This year’s winners represent more than $8.14 billion in combined sales volume in 2018.
Lizy Hoeffer Irvine, based in Phoenix, Ariz., was the top-ranked originator on the list with 809 transactions. She was joined in the top-10 by Jorge Montoya of Reno, Nev., who ranked No. 9 with 278 transactions. Hoeffer Irvine ranked No. 3 in terms of loan volume at $197,756,619, while Montoya ranked 18th at $68,198,365.
Hoeffer Irvine became the first person to earn the top ranking in consecutive years after ranking No. 1 with 634 transactions in 2017. Montoya has now been ranked in the top 10 every year since the report started in 2015.
“I am incredibly grateful and humbled to be recognized by NAHREP for the work we do here at Guild,” said Hoeffer Irvine. “Helping families realize the dream of homeownership has been a career-long passion and I’m proud to work alongside an organization that shares that mission.”
The Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators Report was compiled through a self-nomination process reflecting total transactions closed during the 2018 calendar year, then validated by NAHREP through the nominees’ respective companies.
The honorees will be recognized at the 2019 NAHREP National Convention September 26-29 in San Diego.
