From loan officer to Head of Retail, Luke Easterly has seen the mortgage industry from every angle. This deep understanding, combined with his dedication to mentorship, makes him a highly effective leader. Joining Guild Mortgage in October 2024 to lead and grow the Pacific Northwest region, Luke brings more than two decades of mortgage experience.

Luke’s multifaceted career path has provided him with invaluable insights into all things mortgage. He’s walked in the shoes of loan officers, branch managers and regional leaders, giving him a unique ability to connect with and support his team.

Using a collaborative leadership style, Luke works to help people win, both personally and professionally. He believes in investing in his team members, understanding their individual needs and providing the resources and motivation they need to advance their careers.
