Kristi Pickering, Senior Vice President, Production Operations

Kristi Pickering doesn’t just oversee teams; she empowers them. With a 30-year career in the mortgage industry, Kristi brings a unique blend of strategic vision and people-first leadership to her role as SVP, Production Operations at Guild Mortgage. Kristi joined Guild in February 2024 after leading Academy Mortgage as President and COO through its successful acquisition.

Kristi’s career includes other key leadership roles at major institutions. At Countrywide Home Loans, she served as Branch Operations Manager for Utah and Nevada before advancing to Regional and Divisional Operations Manager. Following the Bank of America acquisition in 2008, Kristi took on national leadership roles, overseeing retail, banking center and consumer direct operations.

In 2013, Kristi joined Caliber Home Loans, where she spearheaded the retail organization’s growth through multiple acquisitions, achieving over $20 billion in annual funding volume. Her career is characterized by her ability to scale operations and deliver meaningful results.

Kristi leads with both her head and her heart. Dedicated to servant leadership, she works alongside her team, equipping them to reach their full potential.
