Kim Wolcott, Northwest, Regional Vice President

Kim Wolcott serves as a regional vice president at Guild Mortgage, overseeing the Northwest region encompassing Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska and Northern California. With 38 years in the mortgage industry, Kim has dedicated 32 years to personally coaching and developing team members, guiding them from entry-level positions to leadership roles.

Kim’s passion lies in mentoring and nurturing talent, fostering growth, and shaping future leaders within the industry. Her leadership philosophy revolves around uniting people, recognizing achievements, and offering valuable feedback to support individual development.

Beyond her career, Kim treasures spending time with her family, which includes over 30 members within a five-mile radius. She has two sons, who are also part of the Guild family, and two grandchildren.
