Justin Harris, Division Senior Vice President

In his role as Division Senior Vice President, Justin Harris directs operations in the Academy division, driving sales, recruitment efforts and growth strategies nationwide. Recognized as a powerhouse in the mortgage industry, Justin was honored by National Mortgage Professional Magazine as a 2024 industry titan, acknowledging his dedication and expertise in shaping the mortgage business landscape.

He previously served as Academy Mortgage’s executive vice president of production, leveraging over two decades of invaluable industry expertise to spearhead the company’s market expansion, business development and production growth. Collaborating closely with EVP of Experience, Mike Jensen, and CEO James MacPherson, Justin played a pivotal role in identifying potential acquisition strategies.

Justin joined Academy Mortgage in 2018 as the regional sales leader of the Colorado Region, where his leadership was instrumental in driving market expansion throughout Colorado. His performance led to his subsequent appointment as senior vice president of production before assuming the role of executive vice president. Notably, Justin previously worked for Guild, where he honed his skills earlier in his career.

Residing in Utah with his wife Jamie and their two children, Justin enjoys mountain biking, skiing, boating and other outdoor activities in his free time.
