Jennifer Higgerson, Rocky Plains, Regional Vice President

As a regional vice president at Guild Mortgage, Jennifer Higgerson is dedicated to driving growth and success in the Rocky Plains region. With over two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her team.

Jennifer’s territory includes branches in Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Texas, Mississippi, Illinois, Indiana and Michigan for the Academy division of Guild. In her role, she spearheads initiatives to support the sales teams, focusing on both expanding current operations and strategically recruiting new branches. Leveraging her background, Jennifer has increased loan officer headcount and branch volume, ensuring sustained growth and profitability.

Her journey in the mortgage industry began in May of 1999, and since then, Jennifer has consistently excelled in various roles. Before joining Guild, she served as regional sales manager at Academy Mortgage for 11 years. During her tenure, Jennifer distinguished herself as a top-producing loan officer and successfully managed one of the company’s top 10 branches.

In addition to driving sales and operational excellence, Jennifer manages the finances for her region and collaborates closely with home office departments on product development, marketing strategies and technological advancements. Her commitment to coaching and mentorship ensures that her teams are equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to thrive in today’s dynamic market.
