Allen Rowe, Utah 3, Regional Vice President

Allen Rowe is regional vice president for Guild Mortgage’s Utah 3 region. He manages the company’s retail mortgage production activities for his branches in Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Virginia and North Carolina.

Allen joined Guild Mortgage in 2024 with the acquisition of Academy Mortgage, where he was a regional sales leader for five years. Under Allen’s leadership, his region saw record growth and helped thousands achieve the dream of homeownership.

With over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Allen has worked as a loan officer, branch manager, area manager and regional sales manager. He is driven by his desire to help his team members grow and reach their full potential.
